When a young girl and her dog are blown by cyclone from the comforts of home into a world of magic, Dorothy struggles to find her way back home. Dorothy is joined by many odd new friends with missions of their own. Together they defeat adversaries, see wonderful new sights, and eventually discover how to become self reliant problem solvers, even as Dorothy discovers she has had the answer to her own problem all along.
