PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program Application
3 simple steps to follow to participate in the EITC program:
1. Complete Application
Fill out the one page application on the EITC Business Guidelines & Application packet to be completed, signed and sent to:Academy Theatre275 Chestnut StreetMeadville, PA 16335
2. Approval and ContributionOnce your business receives a written approval letter from the PA Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED), you may make your contribution in the amount stated on the application. Please note that you must send your contribution within 60 days of the date on the approval letter to:Academy Theatre275 Chestnut StreetMeadville, PA 16335
3. Forward Acknowledgement LetterUpon receipt of your contribution, the Academy Theatre will send a written letter acknowledging your gift. You must forward this letter (by mail or Fax) to PA Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) within 90 days of receipt of your approval letter to:
